You'll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in senior living, working with a collaborative team to enhance resident outcomes through evidence"‘based nutrition care. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes. Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long"‘term wellness for residents, families, staff, and the community. Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high"‘quality, consistent care. Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence. Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals. Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable. Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD) with licensure/certification. Serve Safe and Allergen certification preferred. Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics; successful completion of a Dietetic Internship or equivalent. Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a senior living environment.
