Front Desk Agent / Front Desk Receptionist Full Time The Front Desk Agent welcomes and registers hotel guests, explains the accommodations, and establishes credit or method of payment. He or she checks guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill, and responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs, adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies. Candidate is preferred to have previous experience in a luxury, fast"‘paced environment. Availability to work overnight shifts is required. Candidate must have authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications and Skills High organizational skills. Speaking, writing, and reading English is required. Flexible schedule and ability to work different shifts including overnight, holidays, and weekends. Hourly Rate First 9 months: $26.44 (80% of contract rate) Next 9 months: $29.74 (90% of contract rate) After completion of 18 months of service: 100% of contract rate.
