We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing variances and discrepancies related to inventory levels to ensure overall inventory accuracy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and process improvements within a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze inventory levels using internal ERP software and Microsoft Excel to identify trends and discrepancies. Conduct root cause analysis on inventory variances, stock shortages, or excesses to implement corrective actions and process improvements. Utilize inventory management systems, ERP platforms like SAP or AS400, and MRP systems for accurate inventory control and demand planning. Support logistics operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, materials handling, and warehouse distribution activities. Perform financial analysis related to pricing strategies, inventory valuation, and cost reduction initiatives.
