A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice. Key Responsibilities Prepare, format, and proofread pleadings, briefs, motions, and correspondence, including Tables of Contents and Authorities Handle state and federal court filings (e-filing), ensuring compliance with all court rules and procedures Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case tracking, including coordinating depositions, mediations, and meetings Maintain and organize electronic case files and document management systems Draft and finalize proofs of service and coordinate service of legal documents Assist with time entry, billing support, and expense reporting in accordance with client guidelines Review and process invoices, check requests, and reimbursements Proactively monitor deadlines, emails, and case updates to support attorneys efficiently Qualifications 3+ years of litigation legal secretary experience Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and filing procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal software systems Experience with document management systems, e-filing, and time entry $80,000 - $96,000 annually (DOE) Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
