Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually Supply Chain Analyst (Remote or Hybrid) We are seeking a dedicated and talented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The Supply Chain Analyst position is an excellent opportunity for someone with some business experience or a recent college grad looking to join a great company with the ability to learn, grow and develop within the Operations Organization. REMOTE (New York or New Jersey Only) or HYBRID (Los Angeles): This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act's overtime requirement, is remote, and open to candidates based in New York, New Jersey or Los Angeles. The position requires working in EST hours, so candidates located on the East Coast are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote work. For HYBRID: While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid schedule requiring occasional in-person work in Culver City, CA 90230. What You'll Do Supply Planning & Reporting Run and maintain monthly back order reports; provide outputs for leadership analysis Pull and update open order reports, highlighting past-due supply and risks Monitor supply vs. demand flow to support on-time and in-full (OTIF) performance Support the S&OP process to align supply chain execution with business needs, including new product launches, promotions, and market expansions Purchase Orders & Work Orders Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in NetSuite for finished goods and components based on provided inputs Generate and maintain Work Orders in alignment with production needs Prepare and distribute PO documentation (PDFs) for leadership/vendor communication Support PO data entry following inventory and planning meetings Inventory Management Assist in monthly inventory processes, including: Identifying and flagging past-due supply Pulling and managing partially built work orders Executing closure of work orders based on leadership direction Adjusting DIF (inventory discrepancies) within NetSuite Item Setup & Data Integrity Execute item setup and maintenance in NetSuite based on provided specifications Maintain accurate BOMs, item attributes, and system data Ensure alignment of ERP data with 3PL warehouse systems Uphold high standards of data integrity across all supply chain platforms Cross-Functional Coordination Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and external vendors to support execution of supply plans Maintain clear and consistent communication on order status, risks, and system updates Support troubleshooting of order or inventory discrepancies Ownership of Influencer and Marketing operations as needed Cash Flow & Financial Analysis Support cash flow planning by tracking purchase order commitments, inventory positions, and supplier payment timelines Assist in developing short- and long-term cash flow forecasts tied to supply chain activities Reporting ownership on budget vs. Open orders to review financial impact of inventory levels, production timing, and order volume on working capital Partner with Finance to improve visibility into supply chain-driven cash requirements and identify opportunities for optimization Generate reporting and insights to support decision-making around spend, inventory investment, and cost control Non-Essential Job Functions Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed to support departmental goals. Provide backup coverage for team members during absences or peak workload periods. Perform additional administrative tasks or clerical duties as assigned. Support cross-departmental efforts or collaborative initiatives when required. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or inventory management preferred Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Strong Excel and reporting tools Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to execute with precision in a fast-paced environment Strong ownership of tasks and follow-through Willingness to learn and grow within the Operations function Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
