Commercial Insurance Customer Service RepresentativeVirtual Management Services is a growing remote staffing firm that supports businesses across the United States by providing high quality virtual professionals, and we are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts. This role involves handling day to day servicing tasks such as processing Certificates of Insurance, managing endorsements and policy changes, assisting with renewals, and responding promptly to client requests while maintaining accurate records. You will work under the direction of a producer and take ownership of the servicing side of accounts after they are written, allowing producers to focus on new business.
