The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full life cycle recruiting by using creative sourcing methods and cross-collaborating with stakeholders. The role requires independence, innovation, strong organization, and excellent communication to support a multi-brand growing business.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplement recruiting best practices to attract/top talent, build a strong employer brand, and manage recruitment resources effectivelySource candidates to meet job profiles and build a diverse talent pool for current and future needsConduct intake sessions with hiring leaders to set expectations and service level agreements; assist with job descriptions for role clarityUtilize passive sourcing and recruiting techniques including Boolean searches, referrals, databases, job boards, social media, career events, and networksManage candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System and conduct regular data auditsTrack key recruiting metrics (time to fill, time to hire, source effectiveness) to optimize the processAnalyze job requirements and develop recruitment initiatives to attract top talentProvide a clear, timely, and positive candidate and hiring manager experiencePartner with university relations in college recruiting, including attending career fairs and eventsSupport leadership of the Talent Acquisition team and participate in research or special projectsPerform other duties as assigned; conduct oneself ethically and in accordance with company policiesDemonstrate professionalism, empathy, integrity, and strong communication at all levelsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlinesEstablish and build effective working relationships with colleagues; support diverse lifestyles and backgroundsEducation/ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience2+ years of full cycle recruitment, including proactive sourcingSkilled trades recruitment experience, preferably HVACApplicant Tracking System and CRM experienceExperience with Greenhouse Recruiting is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Work Environment and Physical DemandsThe work environment is a corporate office setting with moderate noise.
