Finance Manager / Senior Accountant - US About the job Finance Manager / Senior Accountant - US Hybrid Working on US Calendar / Mon - Fri / 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Role Financial Planning & Analysis - preparation, monitoring and analysis of budgets, analysis of financial performance, scenario analysis for strategic initiatives Cost Accounting & Control - maintain standard and actual costs and variance analysis, optimise cost structures through collaboration with production/operations teams, monitor and report on cost drivers and profitability metrics Business Performance Reporting - develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs, regular and ad hoc management reports, support continuous improvement initiatives with financial data Inventory & Production Analysis - analysis of inventory movements, stock valuations, and production efficiency, analysis of waste, inefficiency and cost saving opportunities Compliance & Internal Controls - adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, support audit processes The Person Professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CA) is preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in management accounting, preferably in manufacturing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures and processes Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders Attention to detail and strategic thinking Very good verbal and written English communication skills Exposure to US Accounting would be a definite advantage Urgent vacancy - should be willing to join by September #J-18808-Ljbffr
