Job Description

As a Principal Attorney at Honeywell Aerospace, you will advise on M&A and other strategic transactions in support of the company's growth. You will also advise on issues pertaining to the company's global portfolio of subsidiaries, as well as other corporate legal matters.This role will be an important part of the corporate legal team within Honeywell Aerospace when it becomes a new, independent public company following its spin out of Honeywell, expected in Q3 2026.You will report directly to our Vice President and General Counsel, M&A and Licensing. This position is based out of the company's offices in Phoenix, AZ or Arlington, VA on a hybrid work schedule.You will work closely with corporate development, human resources, finance, tax, controllership, and other specialists within the legal function to ensure proper execution of corporate transactions and a compliant and well"‘run portfolio of legal entities.As a successful candidate, you should be able to balance competing priorities, have strong analytical and technical skills, and have collaborative, client"‘centric interpersonal skills to work effectively with other Honeywell professionals and senior management across a broad range of functions and geographies to deliver thoughtful results.
