OverviewSenior Electrical Engineer - Food & Beverage - Northwest Arkansas (Open to Relocators)Metric Geo is partnering with a growing engineering and project management firm to recruit a Senior Electrical Engineer for their team in Northwest Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys working on technically complex, multi-discipline projects and is comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy.This role offers long-term professional growth, exposure to diverse industrial environments, and the chance to make a tangible impact on facility-level engineering projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and oversee electrical systems for industrial and food manufacturing facilitiesDevelop electrical calculations and documentation for Issue for Construction (IFC) packagesEnsure compliance with applicable electrical codes and regulatory standardsSupport energy-efficient system design and optimization initiativesVerify electrical equipment meets safety, performance, and operational requirementsProduce accurate schematics, specifications, and scope documentationCollaborate closely with mechanical, process, and project management teamsSupport budget development and cost tracking for electrical scopesMonitor project expenses to ensure alignment with budget expectationsRequired Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) preferred6+ years of industrial electrical design experience4+ years of hands-on field experienceStrong background in electrical system design, installation, and maintenanceProficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and Revit (3D) for electrical designClear communicator with strong technical documentation skillsMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with employer matchGenerous PTO policyHybrid work flexibilityRelocation support available within the U.S. #J-18808-Ljbffr
