Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP) Job Description & Requirements Start Date: ASAPPay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50 This facility is seeking a Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & Requirements: Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Practice Setting: Medical Center Types of Cases: Round daily on inpatient consults and discuss with surgeon and primary team plan of care Weekly outpatient clinic with surgeon Follow up with clinic patients (imaging/test results), scheduling follow up visits, coordinating and booking Operating Room cases (emergent and scheduled), and coordinating with surgeon's office with patient information Credentialing Timeframe: 0 to 30 days Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC Certification Requirements: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible Licensure: New Jersey Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
