About the job Transmission Line EngineerA nationally recognized engineering firm is seeking a Structural Engineer to support transmission infrastructure projects across the U.S. This role includes the structural design and analysis of high-voltage transmission systems and related infrastructure. The position requires in-office work three days per week at any of the firms U.S. office locations.Key Responsibilities:Design and analyze transmission structures and foundations.Perform detailed structural calculations in accordance with industry standards.Provide technical leadership on project teams and support schedule, budget, and quality goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines.Maintain strong client communication and contribute to business development efforts when needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.Proficiency in PLS-CADD is required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.Strong experience with steel and concrete design, including use of 3D modeling and analysis tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to work without sponsorshipPreferred Experience:Structural design of transmission steel structures and foundations.Utility-scale electrical transmission project experience.Experience leading teams or mentoring junior engineers.Why Apply:Work on impactful utility-scale infrastructure projects.Hybrid flexibility with collaborative office culture.Opportunities for career growth and exposure to high-profile projects pensation: 110,000 - 130,000 based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
