Job Description You will be the Financial Analyst Senior for the Production Operations Finance team. Our team is responsible for delivering precise cost"‘control analysis and financial insight that supports production, quality, and proposal activities. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Analyst Senior you will be responsible for driving cost"‘management and performance"‘tracking activities for the Troy, AL site. Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To Perform financial analysis for production operations and quality, including cost and schedule management. Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly Performance Control Reports (PCRs), Hours"‘Per"‘Unit (HPU) charts, and manpower detail reports. Identify and recommend cost"‘reduction initiatives by participating in Kaizen and Lean events. Support proposal pricing and provide financial input for new program opportunities. Interface with program personnel, finance, and site teams to ensure alignment of financial data with operational goals. Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies. Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
