Bluebird has a contract position for an Epic Beaker Analyst in Alaska. What a great experience! EPIC BEAKER ANALYST (Strong CP) About 90% of the work will be CP Maintenance and Support Travel Requirements 2 weeks onsite / 6 weeks remote Required Skills Beaker CP certification Proficiency in building and validating complex tickets in Beaker AP & CP modules Experience with upgrades, new test builds, and integrations Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct validation testing in Beaker CP and AP (90%+ CP) Assist with small project integrations and upgrades Collaborates with key stakeholders, end users and other members of the business teams to optimize system configuration, function and access. Evaluates problem tickets and service requests, customer requests for system changes, data retrieval requests, system performance problems and optimization opportunities, and participate in the timely resolution of these activities.
