Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.Position Summary:The Mental Health Associate (MHA) is responsible for performing duties necessary to maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu. Under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, the MHA will assist the nurse with care of patients whose needs do not require complex nursing skills.Minimum QualificationsEducation: High School Graduate or GED.Experience: Experience or training in the mental health or medical field preferred.Certification/Licensure:BLSCOAP within 30 days of onboardingOther: Must be able to successfully clear a background check, including a criminal search.
