Practice Executive Senior Director Position Summary NTT DATA is looking for a Senior Director of Healthcare AI Solutions to lead the development and commercialization of innovative, AI-driven offerings for healthcare providers. This role focuses on helping clients unlock new clinical, operational, and financial value, with a strong emphasis on Epic EMR-integrated solutions. You will play a key role in shaping NTT DATA's healthcare AI strategy, supporting sales pursuits, and bringing differentiated solutions to market that complement our end-to-end managed services across Digital Workplace, Applications, Infrastructure, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Key Responsibilities What You'll Do * Lead AI Solution Development: Build scalable, Epic-integrated AI solutions addressing clinical workflows, patient engagement, and operational efficiency. * Drive Provider Value: Translate provider challenges (clinician burnout, access, cost, RCM performance) into high-impact AI use cases. * Enable Growth: Partner with sales (CEs, SEs) to support deals, shape solutions, and deliver compelling demos and client presentations. * Align with Managed Services: Position AI as a value accelerator across NTT DATA's digital workplace, applications, infrastructure, and RCM offerings. * Collaborate Globally: Work across healthcare, Epic, and AI teams to bring solutions from concept to market. * Represent NTT DATA: Engage in industry forums, client events, and thought leadership to showcase our innovation.
