Job Summary: Responsible for the accurate shipping and receiving of pharmaceutical products within the pharmacy warehouse environment. Essential Responsibilities: + Pick, pack for shipment, receive and restock a variety of pharmaceutical products with accuracy in a pharmacy warehouse environment. + Maintain accurate inventory using established inventory protocols. + Create, access, research and record operational information using various software applications. Basic Qualifications: Experience + Minimum one (1) year of experience with strong customer service skills. Education + High School Diploma OR General Education Development (GED) required. License, Certification, Registration + N/A Additional Requirements: + Ability to use available resources and tools efficiently and effectively. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills. + Ability to identify specified issues and bring to attention of lead; ability to work effectively as a member of a team. + Certification of operation of pallet jacks, walkie-stacker, forklift and order picker, or ability to obtain via company provided training shortly after date of hire/transfer. Preferred Qualifications: + Computer skills. + Prior experience using powered pallet jacks, walkie-stacker, forklift, and order picker. + Materials management experience. + Washington State Board of Pharmacy Technician certification shortly after date of hire/transfer. + Associates degree.
