If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition. **Minimum requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, Chemistry or a related field + 7 years of relevant experience + Experience in semiconductor or other high-tech manufacturing + Experience with ESH management systems, such as ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 + Prior leadership experience as well as leading projects, initiatives, or programs **Preferred qualifications:** + Strong knowledge of ESHS laws, regulations, and standards, with the ability to align ESHS programs with business objectives + Proven leadership skills, including the ability to set objectives, motivate teams, and drive results + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders + Analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex data and developing effective solutions + Experience in representing ESHS initiatives at high-level management meetings and justifying appropriate solutions + Ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and work methods, including the implementation of AI and LLM technologies + Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time **ECL/GTC Required:** No
