Trinity Health Of New England seeks a Physician Assistant to join the Cardiology team.Join an established, growing cardiology interdisciplinary team of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providersDaily responsibilities include:See outpatients in office-based settings throughout the Hartford area, one outpatient center per day with Saint Francis Hospital as the hub.Provide transitional care managementOffer guideline directed medical therapy optimizationPerform advanced evaluations, nuclear and stress testing.Provide same day access careThe successful candidate:Is interested in cardiac careHas Cardiology experience (preferred but not required.)Will have an Advanced Practice Physician Assistant CT state license.The area of Hartford and Waterbury, CTLive and play within welcoming neighborhoods with excellent schools, great restaurants, shopping, music, museums, and historical areas.Commute easily to NYC, Boston, and other destinations with nearby dependable air and rail services.As part of Trinity Health Of New England the regions largest nonprofit health system you will experience a culture of provider collaboration.
