The organization is growing rapidly and investing in state of the art facilities, tools, and long term talent development, creating an environment where engineers can do their best work and continue to grow their careers.Job DescriptionReporting directly into the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for the following:Design, develop, and maintain subsystem and system level functional test solutions for electro-mechanical productsCreate and optimize hardware and software based test methods, including electrical, flow, leak, and functional testingDevelop test requirements and parameters in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and Product DevelopmentWrite, execute, and document validation activities for new and existing production test equipment and fixturesCreate, release, and maintain test procedures and documentation through formal change control processesDevelop and support test software applications within a LabVIEW-based environmentSupport PCBA test development and assist with transitions to external manufacturing partners when requiredTroubleshoot production issues and support technical service activities, including system diagnostics and upgradesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through test, process, and design enhancementsPartner with Quality to ensure compliance with cGMP, QSR, and ISO requirementsMentor technicians and junior engineers, providing technical guidance and training as needed MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
