Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) Pulmonary Location: Libertyville, IL Facility: Condell Medical Center About the Facility 273-Bed Teaching Hospital Level I Trauma Center Level II NICU Magnet Designated Primary Stroke Center Located in Libertyville, Illinois Free Parking Available Position Overview Condell Medical Center is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join their Pulmonary/Respiratory Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients across the full lifespan (neonates, pediatric, adult, and geriatric) and be comfortable in critical care respiratory settings. Key Responsibilities Provide respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Perform ABG draws and analysis Manage mechanical ventilation and spontaneous breathing trials Assist with tracheostomy care and proning techniques Support nitrous oxide procedures Participate in ventilator-associated pneumonia prevention protocols Provide respiratory support for critical care and ECMO patients Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience Experience with peds, adults, and geriatric patients Active Illinois Respiratory Therapist License EPIC charting experience (required) Required Certifications (AHA): BLS ACLS PALS NRP RRT or CRT Manager requires PALS, NRP, and IL license in hand at time of submission. Equipment & Technology Ventilators: PB840, PB980, Servo-U, Hamilton CPAP/BiPAP: V60, ResMed, RemStar High Flow: Optiflow Transport Ventilators: Hamilton Charting System: EPIC Scheduling & Unit Details Shift: 12-hour shifts Patient Ratio: 1:1 Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend On-Call: None required Floating: May float within the health system based on contract needs Orientation: 1-day unit orientation Additional Information Scrub Color: Charcoal Gray Parking: Free PPE: Adequate supply available including N95
