An opportunity is available for an experienced retail pharmacist to join a well-established pharmacy environment supporting approximately 200-300 daily inbound prescriptions. This role focuses on providing exceptional pharmaceutical care while collaborating with a dedicated team of five pharmacy technicians and two pharmacists. Key Responsibilities: Accurately dispense medications and provide consultations to patients under retail pharmacy protocols. Utilize Prime RX software for efficient order entry and inventory management. Collaborate effectively with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and answer related questions. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed pharmacist with demonstrated retail pharmacy experience. Familiarity with Prime RX software preferred. Must possess a valid Ohio pharmacy technician license. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. Schedule and Location: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift. Located in Westerville, Ohio. Initial assignment is a 13-week temp-to-hire position, offering the potential for direct hire upon successful completion.
