American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with Siemens experience required for an evening shift position at a Level I Trauma teaching hospital.Job Details• Inpatient and outpatient CT setting within a Level I Trauma, academic teaching hospital that also serves as a community and children's hospital,• Patient population spans adolescents through geriatrics, including adult ICU patients,• Procedures include Code Stroke, CTA, abdomen, pelvis, chest, cardiac, CT biopsy, spine, chest tube placement, extremities, and facial bones,• Advanced CT procedures include brain perfusion, colonography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, radiation therapy planning, transplant studies, multiplanar reconstruction, and aspirations/biopsies,• Equipment includes Siemens and Philips scanners,• Evening shift, 5x8 hours, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM,• Every other weekend is required,• Morning shift coverage may occasionally be required,Job Requirements• Siemens CT scanner experience is required - no exceptions, no training provided,• Current BLS, ARRT, and ARRT Advanced Certification required,• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient CT settings,• ER and Level I Trauma experience required,• Proficiency with IV starts, PACS, contrast administration, and biopsies,• Experience with a broad range of CT procedures including abdomen, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and vascular studies,• License required if applicable,Additional Information• Responsible for performing a complete range of CT exams across multiple body systems and procedure types,• May serve in a lead capacity and assist with training and mentoring other staff members as needed,• Navy blue scrubs required,• No time off (RTO) permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment,• All RTO requests must be submitted upfront and confirmed for the full contract duration - changes are only permitted to cancel previously requested time, not to add new dates,• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration,• A full 7-year work history with all employment gaps explained is required for consideration
