Required Skills: Valid North Carolina RN license and CRNA certification1-2 years of anesthesia experience; no new graduatesBoard certification in anesthesia (CRNA)Current ACLS and PALS certificationsAbility to float across multiple departments within the facilityProficiency with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips patient monitoring systemsStrong understanding of anesthetic care for all age groups and multiple surgical specialtiesFlexibility to work a fixed 5x8 schedule (7:00 AM 3:00 PM), with no consecutive days and the ability to adapt to shift changesNice to Have Skills: Experience with vascular and neuro anesthesiaFamiliarity with EPIC EMR systemAbility to work in high-volume settings (60+ cases per day)Previous experience with various surgical procedures including ortho, gyn, ENT, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and traumaPreferred Education and Experience: Graduate degree from an accredited CRNA programMinimum of 1-2 years anesthesia practice in a hospital settingWilling to license for a Compact license (no relocation or extensive licensing required)Other Requirements: Ability to work at Moses Cone, with coverage of 4-5 shifts per monthCompensation includes an hourly rate of $214.50, with overtime at 1.5x for hours exceeding standard shifts, and holiday pay at the same rateStrategic scheduling with flexibility to adapt to floating assignments and occasional OT shiftsCredentialing process estimated at 60-90 daysMust be open to working in a fast-paced, multi-specialty hospital environmentTake the next step in your anesthesia career apply now to become a key contributor to exceptional patient care.
