Job Title

Gungoll , Jackson, Box & Devoll, PC is seeking a general practice litigation attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. While this is a general litigation role, candidates with a background in family law will be given strong consideration. Duties: - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients - Research and analyze legal issues - Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs - Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients - Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings - Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations - Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop case strategies Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar association - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Minimum 3-5 years of experience Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
