Specialty: o Anesthesiology- CRNA Shifts: o Mon - Fri - 10-hour shifts; 7am - 5pm. 4 10's per week required. Call: o No call No Weekends PRACTICE MODEL: o mix of supervision and independent Support Staff: o MA, RN, Other, Surgical Team Procedures: o Majority Case Type: General Surgery, Ortho, GI, Robotics o Types of Cases: Cases: Gen. Surgery, Ortho, Gi, Robotics, ob (C-Sections required, epidural skills helpful but NOT Required, radiology, Endo, Eyes, plastics, ENT, Neuro. No Trauma. At times CRNAs will do their own nerve blocks EMR: o Epic/Dragon Travel: o Hospital will cover. o catered breakfast, lunch, and dinner to all ANES clinicians. Credentialing timeline: o Typically, 120 days, possibly sooner. Requirements: o OUT OF STATE PROVIDERS ONLY. ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE PRESENTED WITH A COPY OF THEIR OUT OF STATE DRIVERS LICENSE o TRAVEL EXPENSES FOLLOWING THE EXPENSE TRAVEL POLICY IN TRIO ARE COVERED. o No Providers who worked for this site or an affiliated site in the past 24 months o Must have Active FL License o Must have active OUT OF STATE DRIVERS LICENSE submitted with presentation o Must have 100% CLEAN FILE - No clinical or criminal issues and that includes any pending cases o Must have LESS THAN 5 AFFILIATIONS o Must have FULL TIME open availability
