In this role, you will deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for outpatient procedures, working Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Required Skills: Valid and current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Proven experience in providing anesthesia in outpatient surgery centersKnowledge of anesthesia procedures, patient assessment, and emergency protocolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamNice to Have Skills: Previous experience in a surgery center or outpatient settingFamiliarity with local/state healthcare regulationsBilingual abilities (preferred but not required)Preferred Education and Experience: Master s Degree or higher in Nursing or Anesthesia-related fieldMinimum of 2 years of CRNA practice, especially in outpatient or surgical center environmentsPrior experience with credentialing processes is advantageousOther Requirements: Willingness to work scheduled hours from June 1 to July 31Credentialing with relevant facilities is not required beyond initial setupMust have appropriate licensure and certifications for practice in NebraskaTravel expenses covered include airfare (up to $750), lodging (preferred hotels up to 1.5x GSA), car rental ($65 daily cap), and mileage at IRS standard ratesMust adhere to all facility-specific credentialing and compliance standardsCompensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay rate of $300 $315Orientation reimbursement of $150 $157.50 (half the hourly rate) after 8 hoursHoliday pay at 1.5x the hourly rate, totaling $450 $472.50 per hourWeekly pay via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2), licensure, certification, and travel reimbursementsRobust referral bonus programPaid sick leave in accordance with applicable lawsDedicated 24/7 support team committed to your successWe invite highly qualified CRNAs looking for a meaningful locum position to apply today.
