For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below:Summary Summary:Join our team as aConcessions Supervisorand play a key role in managing the operations of concession stands duringUW-Madison sporting events . In this position, you’ll oversee non-profit volunteers, ensure proper training, and maintain a safe and efficient environment, all while delivering an exceptional guest experience.Anticipated start date in May. Key Responsibilities: Manage operations of multiple concession stands , ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience during UW-Madison sporting events. Assist team members and volunteers , responding to questions, addressing needs, and providing guidance throughout the event. Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricingto ensure accurate service and product quality. Maintain inventory controland ensure the proper handling of products and equipment. Stock and prepare concession standsbefore the event, ensuring everything is in place and ready for service. Clean and close down standsafter the event, ensuring everything is in order for the next event. Complete event paperworkat the beginning and end of each shift to ensure proper records. Uphold cash handling policiesandfollow food safety/sanitation guidelinesto maintain a safe environment. Enforceresponsible alcohol serviceto ensure compliance with regulations. Perform additional duties as required to support event operations. Qualifications : Minimum of1 year of leadership experiencein a food service or similar role. Willingness to obtainResponsible Alcohol ServSafe Certification&Food Handler's ServSafe(if not already certified). Must be21+ years of agefor alcohol handling responsibilities. Ability tostand and walk for long hoursduring events. Ability tolift 25-45 lbswhen necessary for setup and inventory management. Must beavailable to work all UW-Madison Football gamesand a majority of events at the Kohl Center Arena. Apply to Levy today!
