In this role, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of a specialized wound care center while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Overview The Charge Nurse Wound Care is responsible for coordinating clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including patient care delivery, staff supervision, and quality improvement initiatives.You will serve as both a clinical expert and team leader, ensuring adherence to best practices, regulatory standards, and patient safety protocols while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
