Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Join Our Dynamic Anesthesia Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Are you a skilled CRNA seeking a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional anesthesia care in a vibrant healthcare environment? We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our large, multi-disciplinary department committed to patient-centered excellence. This role offers diverse procedural settings, collaborative teams, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver anesthesia care to adult patients across various departments, including operative suites, IR, Cath Lab, OB, MRI, and more. Support approximately 150 cases daily in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Rotate across three ambulatory surgery centers in Lexington, Irmo, and Northeast Columbia, with occasional travel up to once or twice weekly. Work alongside anesthesia techs and medical staff within a Level III trauma hospital using Epic EMR. Support a variety of surgical and diagnostic procedures, primarily GYN, ortho, urology, and vascular cases. Required Skills and Qualifications: Certification as a CRNA; board-certified or eligible. Valid state license; compact license accepted. Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience. Current ACLS and BLS certifications; PALS preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to work a full 40-hour week with consistent daily shifts. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Epic EMR system. Familiarity with Draeger anesthesia systems and equipment. Flexibility to rotate between multiple sites and adapt to varied schedules. Preferred Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Recent clinical experience within a hospital or outpatient setting. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel to ambulatory surgery centers as part of the rotation. Credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days. Availability to work 4 ten-hour days (08:00 - 17:00), with no part-time options considered. Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $218.40 Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit.
