We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide exceptional anesthesia services in a dynamic hospital setting. Required Skills: Current certification as a CRNA and valid North Carolina state licensure Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in anesthesia practice Must be board-certified in nurse anesthesia Proficiency in administering anesthesia across various specialties, including vascular, neuro, and pediatrics ACLS and PALS certifications Ability to float between departments and manage a high volume of cases (>60 patients/day) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems Prior work in hospital OR environments with diverse surgical procedures Familiarity with EPIC EMR and anesthesia documentation Willingness to coordinate with multi-specialty teams and adapt to fluctuating schedules Preferred Education and Experience: Graduate degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program 1-2 years of hospital-based anesthesia experience preferred Experience with pediatric and vascular anesthesia is advantageous Other Requirements: Must be willing to license via Compact license (not currently licensed in North Carolina) Flexibility to work 5x8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM), with no consecutive days required Ability to float between main location (Moses Cone) and NORA sites No new graduates; candidates must demonstrate solid clinical experience Willingness to work scheduled overtime at 1.5x pay, with OT hours subject to cancellation Up to 4-5 shifts per month at Moses Cone with a patient load of over 60 cases daily; shifts scheduled as needed Compensation: Hourly Rate: $214.50, with additional overtime pay at 1.5x when applicable We are eager to add a dedicated, professional CRNA to our team who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers high-quality patient care.
