Required Skills Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license or certification in good standing Proven experience in anesthesia administration within a clinical or surgical setting Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols, pharmacology, and patient monitoring Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Attention to detail and high levels of professionalism Nice to Have Skills Experience with pediatric or obstetric anesthesia Proficiency in advanced airway management techniques Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Bilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred Prior experience in acute care or surgical settings is advantageous Other Requirements Must possess or be eligible for licensure and certification in the relevant state Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Willingness to travel for assignments when necessary Maintain current CPR, ACLS, and other relevant certifications as required Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to all regulatory standards Starting immediately, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00.
