Required Skills: Valid and current CRNA certification and state licensureProven experience in anesthesia administration across diverse surgical proceduresStrong knowledge of anesthesia protocols, patient monitoring, and safety standardsExcellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication skills for teamwork and patient interactionAbility to manage multiple cases efficientlyNice to Have Skills: Experience with robotic surgeries and vascular proceduresFamiliarity with pediatric anesthesiaPrior experience in a Medically Supervised, Care Team modelProficiency in electronic medical records and anesthesia documentation systemsPreferred Education and Experience: Master's Degree or higher in Nurse AnesthesiaProgramMinimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing CRNA preferredPrior exposure to a variety of surgical specialties including ENT, general surgery, GI, OB, orthopedics, urology, and vascular proceduresOther Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), 5 days a weekCommitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and ongoing educationTravel or reimbursement benefits applicable as neededThis position offers a competitive hourly rate of $212.67, along with excellent benefits including comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), weekly pay via direct deposit, a robust referral bonus program, paid sick time per applicable laws, and reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses.
