Itria is a fine dining Italian restaurant in San Francisco's Mission district focused on handmade pastas, crudos, and seasonal dishes using locally-sourced ingredients. We are featured in the Michelin Guide and the SF Chronicles Bay Area Top 100 Restaurants. We are seeking an experienced organized, hard-working line cook to join our team. We have a solid, experienced core crew and are looking to a add one more team members to round things out. Basic job requirements:-Ability to multitask and perform under the pressure of restaurant service.-Work and communicate with other team members.  -Strong work ethic, sense of professionalism, and attention to detail.-1-2 years of experience required, hot line experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate-Shift starts at 1:30pm Wednesday-Sunday We want cooks looking to work hard, learn, and improve every day.
