Compensation & Benefits Overview Base salary starting around $120,000+ Up to 10% annual bonus tied to value-based performance Total earning potential $150K+ Medical, dental, and vision coverage (family options available) Paid parental leave Retirement plan with employer match PTO and paid holidays Malpractice coverage with tail included Position Snapshot Care Model: Value-Based Primary Care Patient Population: Seniors managing multiple chronic conditions Panel Size: Approximately 600 patients Environment: Team-based, collaborative, and well-resourced Support: Medical Assistant, scheduling, referrals, and leadership support The structure is designed to reduce administrative burden and burnout while allowing for deeper patient relationships and better outcomes.
