Position Overview We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide care in an outpatient clinic setting focused on men s health, hormone therapy, and wellness services. Responsibilities • Evaluate patients, including medical history and physical exams• Diagnose and manage conditions such as low testosterone and erectile dysfunction• Prescribe and manage testosterone replacement therapy under physician collaboration• Order and interpret lab results• Administer injections and perform in-office procedures as needed• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans• Educate patients on treatment options and care plans• Maintain documentation in EMR systems Additional Information • Modern clinical environment• Team-based care model• Growth opportunities available
