Required Skills: Active California RN license and CA DEA registration Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Proven experience in anesthesia administration and patient management Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in outpatient surgical centers Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Bilingual abilities for enhanced patient communication Preferred Education and Experience: Master s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field Minimum of 2 years recent hospital-based clinical anesthesia experience Current case logs demonstrating procedural expertise Successful completion of anesthesia residency program Other Requirements: Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm Willingness to commit to at least two weeks or more per month Flexibility for overtime after 8 hours per day Successful completion of privileging process, including providing an updated CV and supporting documentation Reimbursements for approved travel-related expenses, including airport parking and pre-approved rental car insurance Earning a competitive hourly rate of $1.00, this position offers weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program.
