Schedule Full-Time, Permanent 10-hour shifts: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Deliver in-home acute care services Perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning Treat common to complex illnesses and injuries across all age groups Perform minor procedures including: Suturing Splinting Wound care IV fluids and medication administration Point-of-care lab testing Coordinate follow-up care and ensure continuity of treatment Educate patients and families on care plans and health management Navigate sensitive conversations including goals of care and end-of-life discussions Maintain accurate clinical documentation Uphold high standards of safety, compassion, and evidence-based practice Ideal Candidate 2+ years of APP experience in: Emergency Room Urgent Care Current unrestricted NP or PA license in Virginia National Board Certification DEA + Prescriptive Authority BLS required (ACLS preferred) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable working in a mobile care environment Able to lift/carry equipment up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs as needed If you're passionate about patient-centered care, autonomy, and bringing advanced medicine directly to the home-this is the opportunity to redefine your career.
