LE CAFE COFFEE is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our Kitchen staff. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in our fast-paced, high-standard kitchen. Job Qualifications Previous cooking experience preferred in a professional kitchen (casual / high-volume experience preferred) Knowledge of food prep, proper knife handling, temperature control, and sanitation is helpful Able to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc. Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations Experience in reading and following written recipes accurately Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor Strong attention to detail Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
