Job Details - Locum Tenens CRNA (Reidsville, North Carolina) Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,130 - $7,520 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (8-hour days; rare 10-hour shifts) Shifts per Week: 5 Duration: June 24, 2026 - October 7, 2026 (with potential for extension) Call Schedule: No call required Team Model: Anesthesia care team with MDs and CRNAs Providers per Day: 1 MD and 4-5 CRNAs Number of ORs: 4-6 EMR System: EPIC (pre-op, intra-op, PACU documentation) Annual Cases: 4,900 perioperative cases Location: Reidsville, Rockingham County, North Carolina (27320) - friendly Piedmont community with easy access to outdoor recreation Required Qualifications - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with a minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience Active North Carolina CRNA license required (North Carolina CRNA jobs applicants only) ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications (AHA issued) Proficiency performing spinals, peripheral and neuraxial blocks, and epidurals Comprehensive case logs required for credentialing (clean and licensed providers only) Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days Comfortable using EPIC EMR for case documentation and perioperative notes Key Responsibilities - Locum Tenens Anesthesia Provider Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a broad case mix including general, orthopedic, gynecologic, GI, and common "bread & butter" procedures Perform neuraxial techniques, spinals, peripheral nerve blocks, and epidurals as clinically indicated Collaborate in an anesthesia care team model with anesthesiologists and CRNAs to deliver perioperative and acute care Complete accurate documentation in EPIC (pre-op assessments, intra-op anesthesia records, PACU notes) Participate in pre-operative evaluation and post-anesthesia care (PACU) to ensure smooth patient flow and safety Adhere to patient safety protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and facility credentialing requirements Why Choose This Locum Tenens CRNA Position?
