Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, M-FRatestarting at $20.00/hSUPPORTING POLYWOOD'S MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS BY ENSURING INVENTORY IS ACCURATELY MANAGED, ORGANIZED, AND READILY AVAILABLE. The Store Room Clerk plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by ensuring materials and inventory are accurately received, organized, and readily available. This position is responsible for maintaining a well-structured storeroom environment, enabling efficient workflows across departments and minimizing downtime due to material shortages or inaccuracies. As part of our maintenance team, the Store Room Clerk contributes directly to that mission by helping maintain the flow of materials that keep production running smoothly. What You'll DoReceive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately Manage inventory levels, including tracking, organization, and distribution of materials Order parts and tooling as needed to maintain stock levels Maintain accurate inventory records within inventory management systems Ensure the storeroom remains clean, organized, and accessible Fulfill material requests from internal departments in a timely manner Support accurate costing by gathering and maintaining inventory data Assist with physical inventory counts, including fixed assets What You BringStrong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math skills for inventory tracking and reconciliation Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot discrepancies Proficiency in computer systems, including Excel and Google Sheets Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities Bonus SkillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure About UsAt POLYWOOD, we design and build outdoor furniture that brings people together and stands the test of time.
