We're building more than infrastructure; we are building your future.General SummaryResponsible for supporting the Small Tools department with the pick and delivery of parts/supplies, and other duties as assigned, to ensure a productive and efficient shop environment.Essential Job AccountabilitiesPick up and deliver parts/supplies from various locations to ensure timely and safe deliveryProcess and file consignment parts requests and receive inventory items to help facilitate accurate document and parts controlReceive all incoming deliveries and process them accordingly to help facilitate accurate document and parts control.Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility to ensure a clean and safe work environmentPerform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Equipment Manager or Equipment SuperintendentEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredWork ExperiencePrevious shop or delivery experience preferredKnowledge, skills, and abilitiesClean driving recordAbility to effectively manage and prioritize resources and projectsStrong written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate informationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a plusPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
