We are currently seeking an NP/PA Cardiothoracic Surgeon to support our mission for a duration of 6 months. Job Responsibilities: Surgery first assist Hospital rounding On-call duties Rooming and charting of patients Required procedures: CABG, AVRs, Lung surgeries Utilize EMR system (Cerner) Manage an average of 4-5 patients per day Qualifications: Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery or General Surgery with a CT Surgery Fellowship Valid California State License Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Self-Query NPDB report dated within the last 30 days Clean malpractice history strongly preferred License and Certification Requirements: Board Certification: Required State License: California (Required) Other Certifications: BLS (Required during credentialing) Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentationSan Bernardino offers a unique blend of cultural diversity, entertainment, and outdoor activities, making it an excellent choice for both work and play.
