Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Home health experience required. Candidates who are willing to utilize HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) electronic documentation system preferred. Ability to perform in-home evaluations and treat a caseload across varying diagnoses typical of home health settings. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days.
