Location:Grandview Heights, OHSalary:$55.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD HourlyDescription:Our client is currently seeking a CBUS: Architect 1-(Business Analysis & Project Management)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Architect with strong business analysis and project management skills to evaluate approximately 20 custom applications and research replacement options. The applications are primarily built in C# with SQL backends.This role requires direct collaboration with business users and subject matter experts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead workshops and document findings. The Architect will also direct the work of a business analyst.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, determine, and document functional requirements.Define how applications support business needs and overall strategy.Coordinate design and development work estimates; act as primary point of contact.Facilitate workshops and meetings with employees (in-person or via video conferencing).Organize and prepare work to proactively resolve issues.Guide processes for business analysts and direct work planning/design activities.Ensure application designs remain within project scope and align with business requirements.Research and propose replacement options for custom applications.Develop documentation and presentations; present recommendations to leadership and executives.Manage team commitments and ensure goals for Functional Architects are met.Minimum Qualifications8+ years of experience in architecture, business analysis, and project management.Strong background in C# and SQL-based applications.Proven ability to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and document requirements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience working directly with business units to understand processes and define software direction.Ability to provide structured work planning (scope, resources, commitments, quality, risk, tasks, acceptance criteria).Preferred QualificationsExperience in public sector or enterprise technology projects.Familiarity with legacy application modernization and replacement strategies.Strong presentation skills for executive audiencesBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
