Position: Physical Therapist - OutpatientLocation:184 East Redstone Avenue, Suite A, Crestview, FLSchedule: As Needed/PRN Mon - FriCompensation: $50/hr.Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center in Crestview, FL has an immediate opening for PRN Physical Therapists (PT). Ideal candidate will be able to travel to our East FL Panhandle centers for coverage. New grads and experienced outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist, APPLY! Treatment population includes general ortho, neuro, hand therapy and fall prevention. Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulationsEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patientsMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payorsAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center managerGraduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT schoolValid State Physical Therapist LicenseCPR certificationFostering Well-Being: We offer benefits which support the financial, work/life and emotional well-being of you and your family members.
