Job Posting: Production Scheduler Daily Responsibilities: Schedule customer orders and create production schedules that meet customer due dates and shipment forecasts Ensure smooth workflow through the shop by coordinating with Production Supervisor and Shift Leads Maintain up-to-date order and manufacturing dates in current reports Alert Production Supervisor promptly if due dates can’t be met or schedules need adjustment, explaining the reasons Monitor jobs closely to identify potential delays early and allow time for corrective action Collaborate with Production Supervisor and Inventory Control to requisition necessary parts and materials Develop supply schedules that balance customer demand with inventory levels and resource use Negotiate and resolve conflicts related to material availability and scheduling priorities Suggest and implement improvements to scheduling processes Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Associate’s Degree with 3+ years experience OR 5+ years relevant experience 3+ years in supply chain or operations management Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Schedule:Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm One Interview with Express = Endless Job Opportunities!
