Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to perform administrative and managerial support duties for the Sr. Vice President of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Division and Vinfen's Medical Director.Primary Responsibilities will include:Coordinate office communications and the flow and distribution of work.Prepare word and spreadsheet reports and information.Maintain databases and files, copy documents, and oversee recordkeeping efforts.Compose, edit and distribute correspondence, memos, documents and forms.Attend meetings and prepare minutes.Maintain the calendars of Sr. Vice President of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Division and Medical Director, and others as directed.Planand coordinate meetings.Process documents and transactions specific to the department; track and report on expenses and other statistics.Independently execute projects and research related to the supervisor's area of responsibility.Serve as resource for consumers, families and outside agencies requesting information as well as Board members, community and professional leaders.
