You focus on the plumbing — we handle the rest.About the Role - Hartford, CTTake on pre-sold bathroom remodeling projects, you handle only the plumbing, not full installations.Perform all required finish and rough-in plumbing work associated with NEWPRO’s bath and shower remodels.Install or reroute water supply lines, drain assemblies, and plumbing fixtures to meet local code.Coordinate with installation crews to ensure seamless handoff between plumbing and final installation.Test all completed plumbing work for leaks and performance before sign-off.Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and permitting requirements.Use mobile apps or provided tools to submit job documentation and site photos upon completion.Maintain a clean and safe work area—always respect the customer’s home and property.Provide occasional insight or recommendations to the install team regarding plumbing feasibility or job conditions.Arrive on time with a professional attitude at every job site.What’s In It for YouEarn 5% per project (negotiable), with average job values between $15,000-$30,000.Paid per COC (Certificate of Completion)Full-time work with year-round consistencyWhat You BringValid Connecticut Journeyman Plumbing LicenseValid driver’s license and ability to commute to jobsitesStrong experience in residential plumbing and bathroom remodelsReliable tools and the ability to lift up to 50 lbsA professional demeanor and strong attention to detailAbility to pass a background screeningWork smarter, not harder.Partner with NEWPRO and focus on your craft—while we take care of sales, scheduling, installation and support.
