Ensure the timely completion and adherence to scheduled opening dates, and budgetsManage construction projects from REC (real estate committee) approval to opening. Maintain weekly reports on construction progress and inspection activitiesReviews weekly progress reports and photos and manages the onsite general contractor and site superintendent regarding project schedule, issue resolution and costsCreates accurate capital budget estimates for potential stores coming to REC.
